very easy, very quick
I got this recipe from a polish friend of mine : it is so easy that I couldn't believe I never thought of this one before. I think it is healthy and ideal emergency food (I call lack of time an emergency). For my family of five, I used 4 or 5 big tomatoes 1 tin of chopped tomatoes 1 heaped spoon of tomato puree 2 cans of tuna 2 cloves of garlic a bit of olive oil pasta Chop the garlic finely. chop the tomatoes. Fry the garlic in the olive oil. Add the tomatoes. After a couple of minutes add the tomato puree and the tin of chopped tomatoes. Leave it for ten minutes, make the pasta in the meantime. Then add the tuna to the sauce. And voila, ready to serve. Lovely with a bit of cheese on top. |

I've got very lazy with my tuna pasta bake lately (or maybe it's just because I'm madly busy
), but I now tend to buy the ready-made fresh pasta sauce you can get - grilled vegetable, or creamy tomato, something along those lines - only costs around £1.30 and then I can also use the 600g pots for storing my home-made chicken stock in the freezer as they are a great size! Bonus!Tammy x Always trying to cut corners ... |
