I bought this book recently thanks to some book vouchers and I have been using it constantly ever since!
It is a GoodFood Book from BBC Books called The Family Meal Planner - buy it here. This book has loads of meal ideas which are quick, healthy and use everyday ingredients AND there are also meal planners at the back helping you with your shopping budget. For example if you need to roast some vegetables in a recipe, there is another recipe for that week which will use the rest of the vegetables up, so no waste. There are also meals which will create leftovers for a packed lunch or another meal for later in the week. I have really enjoyed using this book and we have tried many new meals since I purchased it - almost all our meals for September have come from this book! The kids have also enjoyed trying new things which of course is the whole idea ![]() I would thoroughly recommend this book ![]() Tammy x |
