8 rashers smoked rindless bacon
1 large onion 1 red pepper 1 yellow pepper 1 500g jar sweet pepper pasta sauce,filled with water afterwards and used to add to sauce 2 tins drained cannellini beans 1/2 tsp mustard 1 tsp paprika handfull of chopped parsley Fry chopped onion until soft, add chopped bacon and 1 red and yellow pepper.Fry,stirring for 10 mins,then add 2x drained cannellini,pasta sauce plus water,mustard and paprika. Bring to a simmer and cook for 30 mins. Add handful of parsley chopped then season. DONE! |
