Thumbs up Yummy Yogurty Dip

This dip goes wonderully well with the lamb burgers, but equally is lovely as a dip with some toasted pitta bread strips or just as an accompaniment at a BBQ.

1. Grate 1/2 a small cucumber
2. Squeeze out the excess liquid with your hands and add to 150g of natural yogurt.
3. Add 1 tomato which has been de-seeded and diced.
4. Add 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped mint, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder (or 1 crushed garlic clove) and salt & pepper.

There you have it - delicious!
